Time for a sneak peek Yuddyities! Original photos of Heath Ledger on the set of his final film - The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus - have been released and boy are we giddy.

The late actor, who portrayed a “mysterious new member of a magician’s troupe” according to the Telegraph, was half way through shooting the supernatural fantasy when he died of a prescription medication overdose at the beginning of the year.

Due to his untimely passing the production was temporarily shut down, until Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell each stepped into Heath’s role for the remainder of the picture, playing separate incarnations of his character.

Director Terry Gilliam managed to pull it off because the story involves a miraculous mirror that actually transports people into other dimensions - so he was able to comfortably jump back and forth between the stars.

The big budget flick has officially been completed and will be available sometime next year. And of course, you can also catch Ledger on the silver screen in January when Dark Knight returns to IMAX theatres nationwide!
