Mary Kate Olsen had a close friendship with Heath Ledger just prior to his death in January this year. But so far she is the only one who has refused to give any assistance to the federal investigators from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency who are probing Heath’s accidental drug-related death.

Given that investigators found the two had communicated by phone only a short while before his death, it appears a little strange that Olsen has nothing to say on the matter, well at least not without first being given immunity from prosecution, which is her constitutional right.

So far Heath’s ex girlfriend, Michelle Williams, doctors, the masseuse, bodyguards and his housekeepers have offered information on what happened immediately before his body was found.

Now Investigators want to find out where Heath got the OxyContin and given that Olsen and Heath shared an interest in drugs and partying it is assumed that she may have some vital information as to where the drugs came from.
