Wearing matching sunglasses and color coordinated outfits, Kelly Osbourne took her buddy-turned-boyfriend to meet her mother for a lunch date in sunny Beverly Hills on Wednesday.

Most men would find it intimidating, being under the dogmatic eye of Mrs. Sharon Osbourne, but fortunately the 18-year-old BMX rider/model kept his cool, and everything worked out just fine.

The unusual trio enjoyed a delicious meal at A-Lister haunt The Ivy, before walking hand-in-hand (the platinum blonde cutie and Sharon!) to a Chanel boutique to satisfy their communal shopping urge.

Kelly, who used to complain about the lack of suitable guys in L.A., has been friends with Luke Worrell for a generous amount of time but only recently began dating him.

“I’ve known Luke for a year and we’ve just grown into being a couple,” Kelly revealed in an interview with Closer. “It’s nice, new and exciting…I hate to say it but I think I’ve grown up. I really feel like I’ve got my act together over the last year. I’ve got loads of work on, I’m not partying and I’ve met a man I adore.”

Last weekend the lovebirds attended the Glastonbury Festival in Somerset, where they were photographed snogging each other’s faces off and “frolicking around backstage,” according to The Daily Mail.

“Every time we are in each other’s company, we always have a good time,” Kelly said last month. “Would I marry him? Yes, you never know. But I’m still really young, I’m only 23, so we’ll have to wait and see.”

During The Osbournes heyday, Sharon once said that she usually disagrees with her daughter’s taste in beaus, as they tend to be “greasy” or “smelly.”

Well by the looks of their meet-and-greet yesterday, the former X Factor judge finally approves!
