Mr. Bachelor-for-life Leonardo DiCaprio has not one but THREE movies heading to the multiplex by next year.

That’s a lot of chedda!

First up, the 1950s-set drama Revolutionary Road. This tale of young lovers grappling with their personal issues in order to successfully raise a family also stars Kate Winslet, whom initially worked alongside DiCaprio in the infamous Titanic; so expect a heap of old-fashioned chemistry!

Moving right along, the action packed thriller House of Lies costarring Russell Crowe is sure to get your blood pumping. An ex photojournalist who is wounded in the Iraq war gets hired by the CIA to hunt down an Al Qaeda leader.  

And currently being filmed in Boston, Massachusetts is murder-mystery Shutter Island. DiCaprio plays US Marshal Teddy Daniels who investigates the disappearance of a female killer who escaped from a mental hospital. This spine-tingling adventure has an extraordinary cast, including Sir Ben Kingsley, Mark Ruffalo and Michelle Williams.

On the off chance that Leo doesn’t appreciate downtime, he is planning to portray video game pioneer Nolan Bushnell in a biopic about the Atari co-creator’s life. DiCaprio will produce as well, according to the Daily Variety.

Both Revolutionary Road and House of Lies are scheduled for release before Christmas, but Shutter Island isn’t likely to surface ‘til October of 2009.
