Hopefully Nicole Richie’s baby daddy Joel Madden doesn’t mind dealing with diapers, ‘cause he’s going to have to change a lot of them!

This fall the new mama will guest star on an episode of the NBC sitcom Chuck, the network relayed exclusively to People.

Richie is set to play a “snarky and spiteful girl who tortured” star Yvonne Strahovski’s character all through high school.

Strahovski, who portrays Special Agent Sarah Walker, “must face her fears when she is forced to attend her 10-year high school reunion,” for an assignment with costar Zachery Levi (Chuck) as her date for the evening.

“Nicole auditioned for the part and was very funny,” the show’s executive producer Josh Schwartz declared. “This role is a great opportunity for her to show off her comedic skills and be diabolically evil and kick some butt. It’s going to be really fun.”

Besides her upcoming appearance, the 26-year-old has previously landed guest spots on MadTV, American Dreams and 8 Simple Rules…for Dating My Daughter. Richie’s only film, thus far, was 2005’s Kids in America, in which she impersonated a ditzy cheerleader.
