Little Miss LiLo is doing the unthinkable by posing as the new face for - gasp - ethical fashion.

The I Know Who Killed Me star recently participated in a highly out of character photo shoot which called for her to ham it up while sporting someone else’s clothing.

The second-hand campaign which Lindsay is backing is part of this year’s Visa fashion swapping bash; a large social gathering that pushes shoppers to trade in their overplayed outfits for “new” ones.

Actress Mischa Barton previously contributed to the event that allows bargain hunters to rifle through stacks of formerly worn, high-end garments at the Visa Swap shop in Covent Garden.

According to The Daily Mail, the shindig kicks off in London this month and is tied in with clothing charity Traid.

Lohan, who is currently lending her talents to the upcoming romantic comedy Labor Pains, is said to be “excited” about fronting the UK exchange.

“The concept of swapping clothes, getting something for nothing and refreshing your wardrobe appeals to everyone,” the 22-year-old stated.

But if she is genuinely happy to partake in the festivities, why does she look so royally pi$$ed?
