With good news for Cynthia Nixon, Rosie ODonnell and Ellen Degeneres but not so good for Jodi Foster’s ‘beautiful Cydney’, the Silence of the Lambs star has now announced the break up of her 14 year relationship.

Jodi, 45, hid her relationship to 54 year old Cydney Bernard with whom she shared her home and the care of her two children, Charlie, nine, and six-year-old Kit, since the revelation that, John Hinckley, the guy who attempted to assassinate President Ronald Reagan in 1981, had pulled the trigger to impress Jodie. Following the event she has led a, more than secretive, private life which has made it easier for her to conceal her lesbian relationship for so many years.

But now the National Enquirer has claimed that Foster gave the relationship the kiss of death when she revealed it to a group of friends in Hollywood last year.

And there was all the guys buying Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Girls with Girls imagining that Pamela Anderson snogging Holly Madison was typical of lesbians worldwide! Time to wake up boys!
