Jamie Lynn Spears - who has been sporting a rather ample engagement ring and a trendy top that reads ‘The Rumors Are True’ - has decided to get hitched at her big sister’s ‘Serenity’ estate in Kentwood, Louisiana.

According to a close family friend, the 17-year-old is holding off on the ceremony until after giving birth to revive her figure so she “…can wear a beautiful wedding gown and then have her dream wedding.” And who is she asking to be the leader of her bridesmaids? Britney Spears of course!

Although Jamie Lynn is currently on cloud nine, her mother is putting a practical-damper on things by asking baby daddy Casey Aldridge to sign a prenup.

“The contract is all drawn up and ready to go,” a source relayed to In Touch Weekly. “Lynn’s not sure marriage is a good idea, but she’ll go along with that if that’s what Jamie Lynn wants – as long as Casey signs the contract!”

Talk about a buzz-kill, but if Heather Mills’ costly split from Paul McCartney has taught us anything it’s that a prenuptial agreement is a MUST.
