Outshining her big sis’ in the responsibility-department once again, little Jamie Lynn Spears has officially passed her GED!

People got the lowdown from a family friend who says that the former Zoey 101 cutie has only begun her higher-education quest. After tackling the high school equivalency exam last month – where she scored in the upper percentile for reading comprehension – Jamie decided to go for the gold by preparing herself for the ACT college entrance test.

“She’s already got her diploma,” the close acquaintance stated. “She wants to take her ACT. She’s not wasting any time. People don’t know her. When she gets something in her head, she’ll make it happen. Everybody is so supportive of her.” A baby on the way and a future college degree? This gal has it goin’ on!

Brit-Brit’s younger sibling spent most of January attending an establishment that houses both the Tangipahoa Parish School System Adult Education Center, and the Title I Parent Center. The latter teaches parents how to aid their children in developing crucial learning skills. Somewhere Britney Spears is saying “now why didn’t I think of that?”
