Jessica Biel aka Justin Timberlake’s better-half has recently snagged the lead in the upcoming witty romance Easy Virtue, Page Six reports. The film, influenced by Noel Coward’s 1924 theatrical production, focuses on an American divorcee who marries a conventional Englishman in a moment of spontaneity while in France. Hilarity ensues once Larita Huntington (Biel) has to face the scrutiny of her disapproving in-laws!

Ivanna Chubbuck, a renowned acting coach who has worked with megastars Charlize Thernon, Halle Berry, and Terrence Howard, has been aiding Biel in discovering both her comical and sentimental side.

Not to be a naysayer, but shouldn’t acting sort of be your forte if you signed up for the job?

Of the emotional direction Biel has been guided in, Chubbuck has said, “It’s about the truth of what you want. Don’t you find the funniest things that you’ve done in your life have been in the name of desperation? The more you wanted [someone] to fall in love with you, the sillier you got. The stupider you go.”

Because the actress is currently involved in a long-term relationship with Timberlake, one would assume her own romantic feelings would offer hoards of inspiration, right?

“I laugh and say nothing,” Ivanna Chubbuck evasively stated.
