Karma has landed squarely on Courtney Love’s screwed up head. The actress was robbed at her hotel in New York on Wednesday. Love was staying with daughter Frances Bean at the Four Seasons, when several pairs of diamond earrings disappeared from her room. The value of the jewelry was close to $100,000.

“Courtney is devastated,” a source told PerezHilton.com. “She had bought the earrings for Frances as her Christmas present. Frances hadn’t even tried them on yet!”

Law enforcement is looking into the incident and all hotel personnel that went in and out of Courtney and Frances’ room are being questioned.

That maid’s really going to get kicked over the coals for this one.
