‘Are there women in New York who are just there to make us feel bad about ourselves?’ The opening narrative to the episode of the popular television series Sex and the City, as Carrie, played by Sarah Jessica Parker, discovers in a New York Times ad that Mr Big (Chris Noth) has become engaged to his girlfriend.

But those words have come back to haunt the horsy faced Miss Parker now that she has topped a new poll of the world’s ‘least sexy women alive‘. It would appear that there are more than just New York inhabitants who want to make her feel bad about herself!

Sex And The City star SJP has topped a new poll - as the world’s least sexy woman alive. The actress, who fortunately has already sneered a husband, Matthew Broderick, is deemed the “least sexy woman in a group of very unsexy women” in the latest results of a survey held by scathing Maxim magazine.

As if being voted the least sexy woman alive isn’t bad enough, but then to realize that you beat the ghost faced, wing of bat and eye of toad witch, Amy Winehouse must be a double whammy in the ego stakes.

In third position is the woman famous in her college years for leading a campaign against the use of Styrofoam cups, (go for it Sandie!) Sandra Oh, and not surprisingly the victim of the survey in fourth position is the over the hill Madonna and bringing up the rear is the ever troubled, and about to be over the hill, Britney Spears in fifth place.
