Newark, New Jersey’s largest city, has issued a memo to all council workers that it will no longer be supplying toilet paper to it’s workers.

The policy was implemented by Newark’s Democrat Mayor, Cory Booker, as part of a bid to conquer the city’s $70 million deficit.

Lets all hope that the same money saving regime isn’t administered by Democrats within The White House.

Although never included in the recent poll of most baffling movies, Inception starring Leonardo DiCaprio would surely have come somewhere near the top 10.

But given that it wasn’t released at the time of the poll it was Tom Cruise who stole poll position with Vanilla Sky, in which Cruise, 48, starred alongside Penelope Cruz, 36, Jason Lee and Kurt Russell.
